Because they are menstrating. If they did not use pads they would be walking around with blood coming down thier legs.

Blood leaks from their vagina and if there was no pad, it would leak down their legs and leave an unearthly odor.

it's natural.Noone can stop that thing.they use pads becoz noone can want to show everything in public.your moms & sister also use this.don't ask such stupid questions.

if you dont kno wutt a PERIOD is, you should'nt be asking.........
butt i'll tell ya any wayz........ because, like boyz go through puberty, us gurlz go through sumthing called a MONTHLY PERIOD, it is wenn we lose blood in our private place so that we can produce eggs, like boyz produce sperm, so that we can eventually hav sex, then hav kids............and if we dont during our periods.........EEEEEEWWWWWWWW!!!!!! there would be blood dripping all over our legs and on the floor.........and the smell.....DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE SMELL!!!!
