My favorite horror movie is Poltergeist. I don't think it is the scariest, but this has been my favorite overall movie since I was ten and saw it. It is still a great movie to watch.
Heathers is my favorite comedy. It came out when I was in high school and I loved it. I saw it at the drive-in with my girlfriend at the time and she hated it.
For drama, I like Field of Dreams. I am not much into drama, but I enjoyed this movie. Honestly of the top of my head I cannot think of another drama I like.
For suspense, I have a few of Alfred Hitchcock's movies jumping out at me. I would have to say Rear Window is my favorite. I do not watch too many movies older than me, but Most of Hitchcock's movies are timeless.
