The literature is 8 pieces of research on transition from childrens services to adult services with children with cystic fibrosis. I am confused as to how to lay the work out, its only 6000 words so not that bad. Any hints or tips will be rewarded. albeit by me passing my course but thats irrelevant.

intro- background into the disease
primary statutary resourses availble - children
medical resourses- home help /day centres
voluntary resourses available - children
financial aid available - statutary, ( benefits/home restructure etc)- for children
same issues for adults
look at resourses available in different areas/countries and how this country or your area could benefit
what literature and advice is available for parents
lots of these may well overlap or not exist
conclude with evaluation of what is in place and what could be done to improve.

Intorduction, set out what you are going to discuss, a bit about how this disablity was discovered, what parts of the body it affects, how it affects the children and their families, what current help is available and what they can expect in the future, look for gaps in the service. Don't forget to put a bit in about labelling. and argue.
