Benefits of menopause: as your question is in the heatlh section.. I suppose your referrring to health benefits.. so..
a) You dont get pregnant..
no risk of ectopic pregnancies..
or 'hydatiform moles' -- which can cause a type of cancer called choricarcinoma
b) No more periods
c) Fibroids dont grow any larger, and may regress
d) Lower risk of endometrial cancer
OK... other benefits... depending on your age and government and country... age benefits

Privileges for menopausal women:
No more periods, lots of money to be saved on feminine hygiene products..
No more risk of pregnancy.
Mood changes and crabbiness can just be blamed on hormones.
