I'd love to experience a Submarine Odyssey to the Marianas Trench...reportedly the Deepest part of all the Oceans!
One of the Last Frontiers on Earth that mankind has not truly explored!...What kind of Creatures Live at those Depths!?...Surely some we've never imagined!...And, to witness an Underwater Volcanic Eruption would be Fantastic...an event very few humans have experienced!

I have riden in a jet, helicopter, a military jet, car motorcycle, bicycle, coach and a sailboat.
I have never but always wanted to ride in a balloon. I hope to before long.

It's not that hard.
I would ride a bicycle in the countryside where I am originally from.
I don't think any place on earth or in the Universe would beat that... wheat fields, rolling hills, a partly clouded sky.
Since I live abroad, I always think of the place.
If I can choose any place, it would be there right now. That would be hard to beat.

I think I'd go with the hot-air balloon in the air, and horseback on the ground. No engines, no noise ( Or very little in the case of the balloon). In the fall so the temperature is just right and no bugs.

I'd love to fly in a Zeppelin as they're supposed to be very quiet and vibration free.
Horse drawn coach sounds lovely as long as the roads are in good quality.
My favorite would be to be able to ride Pegasus - you said fantasy...

Ummm.... I don't really like airplanes, but yes, if all possibilities were open .... I'd be flyin' around in a Fighter Jet SU-33, Metallic Mercury Red, Air Conditioned ! No War fare either.
I have one seat empty .... ;-)
