Generally, yes they can still be taken if they are ssssliiiiggghhhhtttt....ly past the expiry dates. But you have may to take a good look at the ingredients, if it contains preservatives or chemicals, then no. But if they are wholesome nutritional supplements, then you can. All products have a expiry dates (usually a year) as they have to abide to the FDA regulations just to play safe. But for consumers like me, if its just slightly past the d.o.e, its okie.

anything thats past the expiry date is generally not meant for consumption. especially for medicine. because you will never know what will happen to you when you take them.

the effect of the medicine maybe will become weaker. but the preservative, maybe will react and may cause harmful side effect when taken.

you just never know what will happen. anyway my advice is never take them if you find them have discolored or expired (even for 1 day).

No! you better not to take it because expired date defined as the maximum period of the product that can last. Better to be safe than sorry, after all ! how much it cost ? I think seeing a doctor caused more than the health supplements you claimed.

i'd doubt the efficiency of any supplement it truly is more effective than a twelve months previous its expiration date. As for your 2d question: If the pill/tablet hasn't been tormented by using moisture, they're often secure to take, only no longer as effective.

No company will say they are . . . depends on the supplement and how reliable the manufacturing company is. Some things are more stable than others. They can grow weaker or stronger.
