Love hurts someone anyway. The thing is how big it is. The commmon mistake that peolpe make if a third person is involved, mainly married with children, is that the two are cutting down on the time spend together. A bad mistake. It would be better for them to have as much time as they possibly can to see if they have had enough after the passion's gone, and it will, and what is left. According to psychologists romantic love lasts a few years, after that it's affection/partnership/friendship. You also must take into consideration this third person. Ultimately it will probably hurt one or both of them. I would try, if possible, to find a compromise between passion and ethics. Thinking it over is not the last thing that they shoudl do. My advice? leave it if you can. If you can't, good luck.

I think most of the time one of them will get hurt. Its life and people grow apart. But of course some love lasts.

I have been married three times I AM STILL LOOKING FOR MY FIRST LOVE FROM 42 YEARS AGO. So its been one sided for that long and helped to break my other relationships.I would not have had it any other way, I've been contented but never happy.
