You pretty much got it already. Those hoochie mamas due it for the attention. Dam can't argue with a fine heina wearing a mini skirt, they look fine. I ain't a cholo myself, but you know what? I knew that one of the reasons I wanted to become one was for that reason. Luckily I was still able to hook up even though I just dressed casual. I think that they know they look good so they like the attention. Some cholas are not in it for respect and some are . I think you do it out of respect to your hood and that is why you get pissed at this hoochie. Just chill and let them be as long as they don't get in your way.
