Depends on which kind? The scary, illegal cool that the people in my school are into? Cool isn't always right >_>;; Highschoolers have no mind of their own. It's really lame when many give into peer pressure. Hip-Hop, Drugs, and Sex. I'm not really into that. Girls and boys breaking up everyday of the week. Hooking up and thinking they love eachother for life. Getting pregnant. No that's not cool, but an effect that happens to them.
Cool is someone you just look up to because of their confidence and all that ^_^ just make sure you don't look up to misguided people.

When you feel that the person is to be admired, inspiring or innovator of the youth. So if your friend changes his hair style to something that you've never seen before every 4 months and you really like it ... you may say "Wow, you're so cool! Dig your hair."
