A 'murder' of crows, a 'gaggle' of geese, a 'parliament' of owls. These are some examples of what I mean, please help as it is driving me nuts!

A group of rabbits is called a "herd", just like a group of cattle. A herd of rabbits lives in a warren.

I like "rabid horde" myself. But I think "herd" is the correct term.
