For years I have been drinking my coffee and tea without sugar. Both coffee and tea taste so much better this way!
I've tried to convince many friends to give it a try and stick to it for maybe two weeks to find out how they like it. The very few who did try all have changed to "no sugar, please!"

Plain coffee.

Splenda in the tea and diet hot chocolate in the coffee.
