If you were married in the state of N.Y. but then were divorced, but remarried before it was final, are you legally remarried?

In most states you don't even have to get remarried to be married....the fact that you moved back in together would have canceled the divorce.....but I seriously doubt that it affected the second marriage, you canceled the first one only.....but you should really think about what you are doing....this is the most stupid thing I have ever heard in a relationship.....how much money got wasted for this too happen?

I would guess no...a marriage license is binding until the final divorce decree is presented, sop if you married someone before that, essentially you'd be married legally to two people at once.

I dont think so you werent divorced you then finalized it you are divorced
