i don't care if i hurt the tree, I would like to cut it down, but the bylaws won't allow it.

not much will grow under a tree, but there are a few shade plants you could try, hostas should work as they don't require much sun light.

I lived in Washington state numerous years in the past. the homestead I lived in had a Holly tree and below changed into planted Rosemary. i might want to under no circumstances get some thing else to make stronger there, yet that Rosemary got here decrease back twelve months after twelve months!

not much you can do with this,, evergreen trees do not allow anything to grow near them,, it is a survival mechanism
if you try to amend the soil you will probably hurt the tree
