That's understandable she says no.
Loving another person is a thing that happens gradually, with time.
Besides, why do you ask this question to begin with? You shouldn't have to ask a person that question since if they did love you they would say so without being asked.

maybe she just has a small crush or somesort of attraction to u but doesnt wanta relationship wid u.............she might have lots of reasons if a girl keeps lookin at a guy it need not always mean that she loves him

maybe she's not or she's not rady to answer you yes. but of course, looking at you doesn't mean she loves you already, it needs more time for you to confirm that & looking at a person means so many things.
