1-2 times a day. in the morning before i work and the end of the night before i sleep. it's so great. i don't understand why man loves sex than masturbate? masturbate is better.

As a boy 10 to 12 about 2 times a day As a teen 13 to 18 about 3 or more. As a single adult 18 to 26 about 2 to 3 times a week. After marriage no need as long as active sex life.

Every day. Mostly all the way, sometimes not, sometimes only for a few seconds in the shower, sometimes by myself or with a guy or girl, sometimes outdoors, mostly indoors. Sometimes for hours just getting ready for the big one. Sometimes in the middle of the night, sometimes because she wants to watch me, sometimes to just relax and say someone arroused me to do it. This took 5 minutes to type left handed. Bo.

regularly for key optimum health.
if he doesn't do this ,
