China and Russia act as a block as they are on the UN protection council and that they have relatively some clout. the two are authoritarian and as such have a tendency to veto and act against invasions of sovereign states, extremely whilst there's a pretext of "humanitarian intervention", as the two Russia and China face many seperatists of their own territories searching for independence. States act in self-pastime, so any benefit by capacity of u . s . a . is a loss for them. China and Russia the two have good paying for and advertising relationships with Iran, and China desires the oil that Iran delivers. besides, in case you have been to declare there could be a conflict between those international places, no longer lots might desire to be acheived seeing as there is that this component called Nuclear Deterrence. potentialities of nuclear conflict limits the ferocity and escalation of conflict.

In mainland China, there's a feeling that the war in Iran is
an "oil war" that is not popularly supported. Hence, opposition
to the war in Iran is based on rational sentiments and is not to be equated with opposition to the American people.

The same oil reason that US supports Saudi Arabia. They are business partners who are out to beenfit one and another. It's not like Saudi Arabia is all that democratic or freedom loving anyways, but they are still US' best friend. It's just business dude, dont read too deep into it. Oil is needed by every first world country and the middle east has a lot of it. Every industrailized country is going to want a piece of it.

Its all about the oil. All the big power (to be bigger and stronger), they want the oil.
USA went in first (to Afghanistan and then to Iraq). China and Russia want Iran and Iraq oil to go via pipes that pass thru Afghanistan.
They r all willing to kill for it but it seems the USA is bigger, better, and quicker at it!

it's a change in world supremacy. if iran can goad the US into a war thru the Hezbollah-Isreali war. America will expend more money, like it has dumped about 400 billion into Iraq. then when china has all the money they'll be the super power.

p.s. you might want to start learning chinese.
