Yes it can, especially if you don't have good personal hygiene! The smoke, and tar from the smoke, stains the skin.

I've been smoking for years and my face isn't dull.. people often don't even believe that I smoke. I suppose it's possible, but then I like to think that it's a combination of smoking and other factors, like boozing, not eating right, not exercising etc. When you combine all those factors, then yeah, you could very well end up looking dull, but the smoking in and by itself .. nah. Doubt it.

Yep because it dries out the skin, and reduces the blood flow to the face. In the long run it causes prematurely aged, dull skin.

'Dull' in a sense that it looses it's sparkle and vigor? I think it might. Somebody once told me that smoking fractures a persons spirit draining them of energy. I stopped smoking a year ago and I definatly feel better and my face looks younger.

It'll make your teeth yellow and rot your gums. So as long as you never smile, your face won't be dull.

Nothing good comes from smoking.....it's not good for your skin or hair or nails or lungs or anything else.

Note for CLEO......You are a smoker but you take good care of you skin...why? So you'll look nicer in the casket? Keep smokin' and you'll be there soon!!!

Sure ~ you will look older also !
I'm not a smoker and people said I look 10 yrs younger than my age. If you are smoker, don't forget to put good products on yr skin.
