Everyone is saying wait,be lets be honest that's not gonna happen if your on here asking, just be smart about it. Be safe,always use protection no matter what (NO MATTER WHAT) and take your time,you have many years ahead of you and plenty of time. Enjoy being a kid, becoming an adult sucks

If you can walk into a Planned Parenthood Office and ask them for condoms and literature about sexually transmitted diseases and have read them all.
Alternately, if you choose to NOT use condoms because others don't like them and say it's better without them, then you should probably wait until you have a job with which you could pay child support to the girl when she turns up pregnant. And YES, girls can get pregnant the first time, and they can also get pregnant if they are using birth control pills, so protect yourself by always wearing a condom!
There are some NASTY diseases out there!

Theres no certain age. I think 15 is too young though. You should wait until you find the right person and you feel mature enough to handle it. Kids are too casual about sex these days. Just wait.

At least wait until you're 18, you've been a relationship for over one year, and hopefully plan on marrying this person if you cannot wait until marriage. It's really not that important or exciting until you're older and more comfortable with your body.
