Assuming one learns from past mistakes one can look forward to a future that is better and brighter than the past or even the present...first, you have to learn from your mistakes, then find what works, and then apply it for that to happen or (atleast increase your odds of success of what you want happening) my opinion you can't live in the past or the future you can only live in the present with an eye towards the future...good luck!

Since we don't know what future holds for us in the future because we are not that clever as yet like animals are predicting future,They know when earth quakes,Tsunami, Hurricane etc is coming and they go to safety. You don't see thousands of animals dieing like humans do, desperate for food and shelter and indeed death.
All we can do is look back and try to predict the future even this we can't get right most of the time.

Rewind so i can restore my blunders... and that i make alot of them... yet like interior the movies... the place the guy constantly tries to alter issues... it constantly finally ends up a similar destiny for him... or its greater effective yet greater worse... lol

i've wondered that myself...personally, i read as much historical documentation that i can(history student)...all the answers are there, if people would actually take the time to find out.
