You can get off at Bedok Mrt station and catch a bus from the interchange to ECP. You can take 401 from the interchange. It takes you straight to ECP. You could also get a cab from bedok, which is really near the beach so it wont be so expensive.
But you do have to know that the Macdonalds and the Hawker Centre are at different parts of the beach. It's quite a long walk from one to another. Hope this helped!

Personally, I would go by taxi - much easier.
However, you can catch SMRT from Little India or Serangoon to Eunos and bus to ECP

Take a cab. It is a bit messy taking the train there.
