Plaster. It's fun, and you have to work quickly before it dries.
DO NOT stick any limbs or body parts into wet plaster, though. It gets hot and you won't be able to get your arm, etc., out.

The safest material, clay. If your drunk bring your girlfriend or boyfriend and make something out of clay while getting jiggy with it. That's my fantasy lol.

Card board and hot glue. Just rip it up and stick it together! Don't get burned, though.
