Do the blisters weep? Do they itch? it could be eczema.
If they are just a layer of skin in a blister then, sorry I've no idea - see a doctor.
Lavender & Myrrh Essential Oil, in equal quantities, helps heal foot blisters. Do not pop them though as could become infected. Do not seal under a plaster as they cannot dry out - loosely tape gauze over to protect only.

Do you wear a ring on that finger? If so, it could be a reaction to the metal of the ring and some soap you are washing your hands with. I get blisters around my ring and watch strap when I use the antibacterial soap that smells like bubblegum. itscalled contact drematitis, and the cure is to find out what is causing it and remove that.

See a dermatologist to determine what the blisters are before you treat them any further.

Its most likely going to be a reaction to something your hand comes into contact with. Soap, metal, etc.
Go to your gp and ask to be referred to a dermatologist.
