It is easy to learn by practicing by yourself. Use plenty of lubricant, like hand lotion, for this or you will make yourself sore. While you masturbate, try switching between more and less stimulation. When you feel you are almost there, slow down and squeeze hard around the base of your penis. You can learn what it feels like at different stages, and learn to back off any time you want.
BUT, having intercourse for a long time (IE. an hour) is way overrated. Usually long before that you get "blue balls" (aching testicles) and the lady gets sore and kicks you out!
