I have an odd, telepathy-like ability to know when someone is lying to me. I can sense people's emotions and I know things about them that they don't tell me. If someone senses your feelings or thoughts, it could be that you're an open person and wear your heart on your sleeve. Or perhaps you really are slightly telepathic. Try picking up a book on the subject, since individual cases are often dissimilar.
