my nokia 6600 shows memory full unable to install games,can it be increased i'm using 256 mb mmc card

Um....buy a new card duh! They have up to a 1GB cards out there. Maybe 2GB im not sure But anyway check them out on Ebay they have them cheap Im buying one myself soon

sure install the 256 mb card its good working properly but do just 1 thing that delete the application setup files after installing any software

i think ur memory card is full so if thats so try deleting some unneccesary things from it. if u cant then try to get a bigger memory card. but i will tell u one thing that keep ur phone memory free as much as possible and if u increase the memory card size it will surely affect the performance of the phone as a result it will becmone slow.
