not chronically itchy, but everybody has to scratch now and again, the hot and humid weather we're going through these days makes it worse. As long as you aren't itching em raw, rest assured that your itchy nuts are normal

Sometimes all it takes is a bit of MANual readjustment and you'll feel fine

sometimes going without underwear helps, as more air can get around your package then rather than being all closed in. Although some people think this is unhygienic and gross, it's actually the opposite. When you sweat in your underwear, your underwear typically holds that sweat against your balls and legs which then makes you itch and causes possible jock'itch. Not wearing them causes the sweat to evaporate naturally.

Who Gets Jock Itch?
You don't have to be a jock to get an itch in your groin area. Jock itch is so named because mostly athletes or "jocks" get it, but it can affect anyone who tends to sweat a lot. It most often affects guys, but girls can get it, too. Certain factors can make jock itch more likely to develop, like lots of sweating while playing sports, hot and humid weather, friction from wearing tight clothes for extended periods (like bathing suits), sharing clothes with others, diabetes mellitus, or obesity.

What Are the Signs and Symptoms?
Jock itch is usually less severe than other tinea infections, but can it last for weeks or months without treatment. Symptoms of jock itch include:

a circular, red, raised rash with elevated edges
itching, chafing, or burning in the groin, thigh, or anal area
skin redness in the groin, thigh, or anal area
flaking, peeling, or cracking skin

No. It is, however, normal to have smelly fingers in the morning if you go to sleep with an itchy butt.

Or to quote that great writer Fredrick J. Anonymous, who wrote on several bathroom walls I have seen:

"Some come here to sit and think.
Some come here to sh*t and stink
But I come here to scratch my balls
And read the writing on these walls"
