nope go to
gmail.com
and login and you can chat in your browser
if nobody is online try my name just so you can see how the chat works

In Yahoo we have Yahoo Messenger
In Hotmail we have windows Live Messenger of Msn Messenger
But In Google or Gmail users we have GOOGLE TALK
