Swim laps in a pool. It's the truth. That is how ya do it. You do not have to be a just right swimmer, simply go backward and forward for 1 mile; any stroke. It doesn't hurt like other recreation both...Rather enjoyable, without a doubt. Many other benifits, too. Go get wet!
