Does anyone monitor my private, at home internet activity?

Depends how paranoid you are and if your doing something illegal. Your ISP is an obvious one, they see everything you do on the net. That information can be subpoenaed by the feds if they feel you are doing something illegal. The more paranoid would say that they don't have to get a subpoena, but if the feds follow the law they have to go to a judge first. Besides that, any hacker can see what unencrypted information you are sending across the web.

Yes! IF ur ISP provider wants to see it, they can! But dont do often (If they want to monitor all, think, how many people they have to hire, because IP number dont fix for long time) until u dont do bad things!

To change IP number more often do like below:

Click on Start>Control Panel>Network Connection>Local Area Connection>Support>Repair

Everytime u repair, u will get new IP (heh heh)!
