It's not so much that I "enjoy" crying...but I like listening to sad songs when I'm sad as an outlet for my emotions. Sometimes, I'm feeling something that I can't quite express in my own words, but by listening to a sad song, or watching a sad movie I find the tears coming and suddenly I'm able to let out the emotion that I'd been holding inside.

You shouldnt be crying over spilled milk and sad songs are heard just for one reason and that is you are HURT and you cant say it to anyone, Share it with someone and get over it.... Thats how music companies make extra income, From the broken hearted

I don't enjoy crying, heh I don't remember the last time i cried
i twisted my knee and tore 2 ligaments and didn't cry.
whenever i'm sad i listen to agressive music, things like Mudvayne,Hatebreed and stuff.
but i hate sad music

i like to cry when I am sad because it helps release the pain.When something very bad happens to you and you cry whatever amount you feel so much better.Maybe not all the way.But it helps.
