To be honest and not give you any false hope, a lot of girls wont scream in bed anyway...no matter what you do.
You also have to be comfortable in screaming, lol...most girls wont go out of their way to act like they're really enjoying it if they arent sure if you'll get freaked out about it...at least thats how I am.
I always think that quiet lovemaking is wierd, but if my bf is quiet, then I feel wierd making any noises, lol
So basically, if your girl IS a screamer, she'll scream when you do the right things...
She may just not be comfortable expressing herself that way yet, like you might have to somehow tell her you'd like to know when she's pleased :)

It depends if the girl is a "screamer" or not, or maybe you're not good enough or you don't drive them crazy.
