I have quite a few ideas that i think would make great t-shirts, where can i submit these ideas for sale, or for a portion of the profit from the sale of the shirts? If you have a better idea than what i have said so far about getting this project underway, let me know.

You'll want to ensure that no other party has the rights to the words or images. This entails searching the pending & registered Federal and State trademark files as well as the US National Common-Law files. Then, if clear, you can decide if you would like to file for a Federal or a State trademark. You can file for them in your own name and then later assign ownership to whomever you sell to.

Associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have about the clothing industry as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!
