My first job was at 13 years old working in a kitchen as a bus boy/cook assistant. I remember how pissed off I was that the manager a good friend of my family had to let me go since I was legal working age... Since then I have been a waiter, done construction, been in the Navy, done production and manufacturing, Shipping and Receiving, and as an electronics tech while going to the U of U for Electrical Engineering. Now I an Independent Sales Associate for PrePaid Legal, offering useful services to families, CDL Drivers, Teachers, Foster Parents, Parents trying to Adopt and Small Businesses across North America. My first job was at Big Lots in 2002. Oddly, I am at Big Lots now, but I have had like, three or four jobs in between. Isn't that funny? I ended up back in the same place...with a raise, too!

My first job was hauling manure in a wheelbarrow to a neighbor's garden. I was 8 years old and I got 50 cents a load.
