Depends on your bone structure.
If you can take your middle finger and thumb and make them overlap when wrapping them around your wrist by more than a couple cms, you have a small bone structure. If they overlap just barely or touch, medium. If they don't touch, large.
Also depends on whether you want to look like an annorexic skinny girl pant wearing emo kid, a toolbox jock meathead, an average guy, a defensive lineman, etc.

Depends on your bone frame.
Also, your weight and height can be calculated from a BMI index, found on the internet. Google it.
Many weight lifters are overweight and yet much of their body is composed of muscles. So, weight can be quite subjective too. Make sure one eats right and exercises frequently.

well you didnt say how old but its 100 pounds for the first five feet and 5 pounds for each inch thereafter, so 150 would be on the slim side and 170 on the muscular or slightly flabby side. its got a lot to do with build, age, and so on, if your doctor doesnt say gain or lose ,,,,,,,,, dont worry about it.
