Took me 2 years with my first to get pregnant. That is a horrible feeling every month so sorry you are experiencing it as well.

The next time around I started taking Folic Acid a few months prior to starting trying and I got pregnant on the first try! Don't know if that is what did it or not but I know next time I'll be doing the same thing.

Another good thing about Folic acid is it is really good for brain development in babies. I read a few studies about how you really need the extra folic acid as soon as you get pregnat (the first few weeks) before most women know or can get in to see their Dr and start prenatal vitamins.

Seems as though I have heard men should wear boxers- something about body temperature.

Also, have you talked to your Dr? He/she may have more tips.

Decide to enjoy sex. Sometimes people get so focussed on having a baby, that sex is almost like this huge test. Relax. Decide that at least a few times a week, you are going to spice up your sex life. Buy a new nighty or try a new position. Remember why you fell in love with each other. The thing is... sex is supposed to be fun. Sometimes without the stress, people get pregnant much faster. And it sounds like you are doing all the right things to prepare. Make sure that you take in lots of folic acid from orange juice, spinach and avocados, etc. You will make a great mom, since you're already so concerned for the well being of your baby.

it sounds really stupid but have less sex

my friend told me this and i thought she was talking crap to be honest

we had been trying for two years with no luck - at a really trying time we only had sex twice in an entire month - and one of them would have been a little too soon. sure enough - it must have worked as i am now 6 months pregnant

good luck and i hope that you get the news that you hope for soon -a baby is a blessing

Im so sorry your experienceing this aswell! not to discourage you but my partner and myself have been trying for 3 yrs! i did get preg about 6 months and i went to the dr cause i had sore breast and he got his nurseto give me the depo needle because he told me my hormones where up because i was ovulating he never gave me a choice as to what i wanted i was only 18 and didnt no how to say no!and because i was a "young girl" he had been trying to get me on contriception and when the nurse asked if i was preg i said i dont no so i heard her ask the dr he said "TELL HER IT WONT HURT THE BABY IF SHE IS" it can cause autism and deformities and miss carriage so he got his nurse to give me this needle with out doing a test! anyways nexted day i started bleeding changing pads adleast every hour for 20 days, my partner went straight over their after i was still bleeding on day 10, the dr said as soon as my partner walked in to his office "I THOUGHT YOU WAS GOING TO PUNCH ME IN THE HEAD" why would he say that!? unless he knew what he'd done. so that was pretty sad for us and made as quiet angry!

Anyways im taking multi-vitamins every day , if you know when you ovulate that will help, also something that i have learnt is that siliva used as a lubricant kills sperm! that was a mayor factor for us!

Anyways BEST OF LUCK xoxoxo_papaz_oxoxox

After you've...you know...done it, prop your bottom on a pillow and stick your legs in the air for about 10 minutes.

I know I sound like a nutter - but it worked for me. If you stand up to quickly everything drips out again.

But actually, 10 months isn't that long to be trying. Just relax - it'll happen.

Have u every found that u find things when ur not looking for them? try that, forget about it and relax for a few months and see what happens, it worked for me. also, stay laying down for about half hr after sex or with ur legs pointing upwards against the wall.
