i heard the "preparation h" creme could be used to reduce dark circles & puffiness under the eyes.
preparation h is used to reduce the inflamation of tissue &/or blood vessel's.

hemorrhoid cream or prep h the stuff you put on your bum when you get hemorrhoids , because it reduces the swelling and get rid of the extra blood vessels under your eyes

more sleep, rest your eyes by putting cucumber slices on it or you could use the back of your tablespoon (dipped in cold water) and massage it around your eyes and on the eyebags.
