I wouldn't be in any rush to go out on a limb. It depends on how well you know eachother and if you get the "vibes" that it's mutual.
I think it's best to start out telling her that she's really awesome.
See how she reacts. Keep telling her she's fun to be around.
Tell her a particular song reminds you of her. That you think of her when you're not together. See how she reacts.
My current boyfriend said "Love you." instead of Bye when we ended a telephone conversation. I just naturally said "Love you,
too." ,,,, ??!! I had to call him back and say... Uh, did you just
say I love you, cause I normally wouldn't just blurt..."
"Yea, I said I love you." Oh, okay.
Eventually, it'll feel natural to tell her that you think you're falling
in love with her.

Why are you affraid that she will accept you are you gay or something. Thats the point of saying I love you to a pearson if you think they will accept you for who you are. But if you meant she wont accept you say it any ways or ask her what she thinks about you.

don't tell a girl u love her unless u really know her. if u have a friendship then tell her u have feeling for her, if u don't, get to know her more and see what happens from there. love is a strong word and u should think before u say it.
