Yes and Bill Clinton's and Hitler's name and Bill Gates, and Lord knows how many others. Rod Steiger and Arnie used the Number of the Beast in "End of Days". The little kid in the original "The Omen"< had it tattoed on the back of his head.
Numerology can make almost ANYONE'S name work out to "666". But as I seem to recall, wasn't there a translation controversy regarding "666"? Something about the number actually being 888 or something?
Numerology as a legitimate science ranks right up there with Astral Projection and Crystal Therapy. It's the worst parts of Astrology and Scientology combined. It's for boobs, lay it down and back away slowly. If you like numbers, take a course in college called "Statisitcs", or a non fiction writing course. You will see very quickly how supposed "fixed" numbers can be massaged to produce almost any result the "massager" wants.

The problem with the ole 666 is that you are free to calculate it however you want. If "Moshe Katsav" had come up to 666, would you have bothered to try "Moshe Kats"? Would that have been wrong, or are you wrong now?
Now, had you said: you have evidence that he carries the mark of the Beast, and you were going to prove it by first changing his name to its proper Hebrew form, and then calculating the number using a formula that you choose *before* doing the actual calculating...and *then* you get the 666... Well, then you would have a more powerful argument.
To use another example:
Today, when I went out to breakfast at 7:00 , I saw exactly 7 birds. I counted them twice, and it was exactly 7 birds. What were the chances that that could happen? After the fact, it's easy to make some sort of connection. If I saw 8 birds, then I would have connected it with the fact that my appointment was at 8:00. If I saw 23 birds, I would have correlated it to today's date. If I saw 3 birds, I would have correlated it to my nephew turning 3 today. And it goes on and on and on.
So don't do anything rash based on your calculation. 'course, maybe I am part of the conspiracy ;)

Whatever. People will find what they are looking for. The rastafarians called ronald reagan the antichrist and calculated his name to be 666. Revelation was a metaphor for the fall of the roman empire. Rome was built on 7 hills, at the time of revelation's writing, rome had had 10 leaders. THere's more but I won't bother since if you are truly interested, you will find this information.

I think its the luck of the draw that your name may turn out to be 666.
I do believe in the 666 mark of the beast but I don't believe its in monkey chips !
