Jim, is on the border of Leo and Virgo. Right there is the crux of your problem.
When you combine the qualities of a Leo with a Virgo, you get a lethal combo. Leo's have this annoying demand for a leadership role in a relationship, not to mention their "right now" attitudes. Virgos on the other hand, are crippled with their prissy, analytical, and whining ways.
People often make the mistake of thinking that opposites attract or neutralize each other. The results in your case, as your probably already know, is a sure shot turbulence.
We all hope that we can sober up a drunk person by shoving cups and cups of strong coffee down his throat. In the end all we get is just an "alert" drunk. Do you see what I mean? That's what your future looks with Jim.
Plus being a wee bit younger than yourself, you can be sure that your Jimbo will have the roving eye (Another very dangerous Virgo trait).
My advise? Dump him before you get dumped.
