Some things are good Big and some things are good Small.
Like a gift... Generally the best things come in small packages...so there goes the cliche bigger is better... but like someone else said the question is very general so there are endless outcomes.
In a way yes it matters because everyone had different sizes....like if you are a size small you cant wear a size large, hence the reason why it would matter.
But if you ask a woman how big she would like a Tv ...ok ok...some would want a huge one...but some people dont mind how big they just thank God for what they have...
So to put an exact answer id have to sit on the fence for this one if i was answering for women in General
