All of which you will need to be successful on or off the court.

The skills it takes to actually play the game itself can't really be developed or taught if you don't have any of the five skills I listed above.

the most important thing to start with will be Def. , then you gotta work on your jumping , foot work , passing , then shooting , and never forget to build a healthy body to be a physical player .

good conditioning, you will be able to run and last more time running than what you did before, you will last longer when doing physical activities.
