I'm not about to attack the US Supreme Court with bombs because of their ridiculous ruling in the recent eminent domain case (see below).

However, I intend to vote for people who will appoint justices who will overturn this ruling and not vote for local politicians who would want to take my property for 'private' use.

More than likely the other person thinks it's their land, too, so they think they're just getting their own land back. Somewhere somebody messed up. I figure, just take what you have and drop it the dumb fighting.

It depends on whether or not they took my land, as in they came into my yard and took it over, then yes. If I was trying to lay claim to some ancient landmass that my ancestors supposedly lived on at some point in history then no.

its the same thing that someone takes ur house or your wife/family.. will you fight him? i bet you will & even use all you've got to protect them....

suicide bombing isn't fighting- it's murdering innocent people.
