As a married man I have to tell you from the heart, you do it, someway or another the secret will be exposed and the relationship over even with counseling. My wife and I are having problems bedroom wise and I don't know if that is your situation or maybe its just hormones or whatever. But a bottle of Jack, some flowers, **** and lingerie will change that thoughts for a while trust me on that. If your relationship is in definite suspense I would either try counseling or just flat out end it. Cheating will cause you more then just your pride, it will cost you a reputation. People can smile on the inside, but with secrets exposed they'll hate you for life. Its a risk you have to take deep consideration into, but chances are... If its lust and not love. Its straight over. If you both have been secretely feeling this way I suggest you just end it, but not tell your wife completely all the details as it will crush her and I know you can't be that dam cold. Just make up a little story about how you two hit it off later on. Better a white lie, then straight betrayal.

Ask your wife and find out if she minds. If she doesn't mind, then for go for it.
If you don't want to ask your wife (like you want it to be a secret) it probably won't remain a secret forever.
You just gotta be careful, you might get beat up by someone in the family if it ever is found out, and generally speaking, I don't think sex is worth getting beat up for.

I is not the matter of having sex with your wife's sister.....if you are open for extramaratial affairs (may be any girl).....then go ahead......does not matter if the girl is your wife's sister....
