yes there are different specialties for pediatric physicians ie. cardiologist pediatrician,neonatal pediatrician just to name a few

Yes there are. There is a general pediatrician, like a family doctor,but there are pediatricians who specialize in things like neurology or orthopedics.

Actually the answer is no, though doctors range from differnet areas of knowledge, Pediatrics is the branch of medicine that deals with the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents (from newborn to age 18-21).
