Make up should be light, so it enhances one's already beautiful face and hides imperfections.

In my experience most guys will say that they prefer the natual look (aka no make up or just subtle hints of it), but in truth like it when woman have a well put together face. My husband is the first to admit that so long as it's well applied and looks good on the woman he likes a bit of make-up, but draws the line long before it looks like a stripper or a clown. Two things that most guys I've known loved were dark (black usually) eye liner and very red lips.

I watched a special on National Geographic last night. By instinct men are more attracted to women as potential for potential offspring production even if its from the sub-conscious. If a woman is naturally extremely beautiful and well proportioned she wouldn't have to wear very much make-up, however, make-up can be applied to disguise things that would be considered unattractive. So unless the woman is just about perfect with nothing, make-up is good.

The secret is to wear make-up as natural as possible, just take out the best of you and your face that makes you feel confident.
In that way, many guys wouldn't even see that you have so much make-up as you maybe actually have...
it depends also on the situation.

I think most guys like girls that wear a little makeup some mascara and lip gloss.Most guys don't like it when their girls look like clowns.It's so funny I love walking through Macys and looking at the woman at the makeup counters they always somehow remind me of clowns from the circus!

I never wear make-up. I can't stand the stuff. Any guy taht i have ever met, and had any relationship with was when I thought I was looking my worst - no makeup, bad, lazy hair and bummy clothes. At least then they like you instead of some crazy image taht takes forever to re-create.

The best looking girls are the girls that look good with little or no makeup on. The natural look is usually better.

Guys always say they like a girl with no make up, but then check out the ones with tons on!!! It's so annoying, sigh!

Most guys have told me no make up. But I think they want some make up... aka make up that just corrects blemishes and dark circles and a lil mascara. I dont think they really know what they are asking for with no make up! :oP

Guys like girls who look hot,now if its the make up which makes the girl look pretty...however guys dont like a lot of make up on a girl...so stick to no make up or some make up,but dont overdo it of you want to impress a guy....

guys admire girls with make up cause makeup make you look good. like celebrities
but guys like girl as a wife to be without makeup who have natural beauty.
and guys like girlfriend to look good, which can only be done by little make up
