That is another way of saving that Time too is a valuable resource like money. It is an essential input for every action, useful or otherwise. It is non-regenerating, inelastic and irrecoverable. Once you allow it to go waste, it can never be regained. That is where it differs from Money. Money, if lost, can be earned again. Time, if lost, is lost for ever. Make the best of it and prosper.

Because one resource that we have as human beings in time. All resource use is considered economically to be in relation to production. If a human is putting their time into production they would be earning wages, therefore time is money.

because money is simply representative of product and product is a result of time and effort, hence if you have money you have something which represents time and effort and can be exchanged as such.
