all this discussion - he's right

no one wants to touch a toilet seat, it's men's ever faultering task to return the toilet to a female ready situation, a girl doesn't lift the seat in preperation for a man

if it's down, we're all equally inconverienced, and sullied ;)

I really don't know. I worked in an office with guys, and they all left it up, and you could see the nasty stuff on the seat. I'm like, nice representation of the company, guys.

However, we'll have to agree to disagree on the cover. It kinda bugs me when that's down. Unless of course you have a shelf above the toilet or something.

because noone can be EVERYONE and those of us who are well raised do and those who don't probably don't care and then there are those who are physically incapable of covering the toilet. I'd like to see you lecture a paraplegic on letting down the cover when he's thru!

Because we know the woman who uses it next will out of necessity so we do not put the extra burden on ourselves. Actually, most men do not think to do this because we are worried more about getting back to the pc or game on tv.
