Yes it will. A lot of things will kill sperm. Just sitting somewhere out of the body will kill them. Don't try using alcohol as a contraceptive though O_O.

sperm is active at body temperatures if it is exposed to air it may loose its nature
Not only alchohol even water will kill sperm after a time
