Miss India has a beautiful face, India always does well in Miss Universe...but for my money, I'd go with Miss Brazil, excellent body and a pretty face also. But I think the best face is that of Miss Ethiopia...Wow, she looks just like the bust of Nefertiti!
I love all these pageant stuff since I was a girl and my Barbie's were the delegates...
