I need to get a copy of my birth certificate and social security card, especially since I need those for a second job.

You have to get your birth certificate from the city you were born in at the hall of records. They will require 2 forms of identification from you (at least they did me) and a nominal fee. But you get it right there and then.
Social security cards can be replaced from any SS office, again for a fee with ID. It will be mailed to you at a later date. But similar to getting a drivers license they will give you a temporary. Take care of that SS # and do not carry it with you unnecessarily. It is a biggie to identity thieves so don't give it out to just anyone that asks for it.

You can get your birth certificate at the city hall where you were born & you can get you ssi card at an ss office or online.

Birth certificates,,,,contact division of live birth in state where you were born.
ssi-- a local state office where you live can give you proof and request a card for you

yeah maybe a passport also any ways go to the town or city or villafge u was born adnthey have records of your birth you van get a copy for like seven bucks and sssi is free u just got to go to a irs building and ask for one also try to keep records of yuor life it is important in case u need a papper chase u wil have the paappers to chase them off with well who are them they are them the ones roh oh

Go to vita check.com and you can pay by phone.I think it was 25.00 to order it.For ssi card you have to go in person to the nearest ssi office.

FIND OUT WHERE YOU WERE BORN AND GO TO THE TOWNS HEALTH DEPT. AND FIND YOUR NEAREST SS, BUILDING
